DRAFTING & DESIGN

We provide space planning & preparation of design and construction drawings to Ontario Building Code requirements coupled with clients visions and lifestyle.  We provide accurate site measurments of existing site conditions to produce construction drawings.

We offer our drafting services to companies that choose to outsource their drafting services to reduce their overhead costs.

3D MODELLING

Using current modelling software ADR is able to create accurate 3d views & animations of proposed designs, which gives clients a better feel for the space being built or renovated.

BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATIONS

As previously noted, due to recent changes to The Ontario Building code (i.e. Bill 124) ADR will not be able to apply for or obtain building permits at this time.
